What we do
From a deck to a file a credit committee will read.
Lenders do not fund decks; they fund documented chains. Our services turn the first into the second, in the order a credit committee applies it.

Services
What you receive, and the shape of the work
| Service | What you receive | Typical shape |
|---|---|---|
| Readiness Review | A claim-by-claim verification ledger, the permit and jurisdiction map with the real critical path, a capital-stack model from a lender's point of view, a red-flag memo, a data-room index, and the list of exactly what must be true before any investor call. | Fixed scope, 10 business days |
| Capital-Readiness Package | A lender-grade model with an assumptions book, a structure memo (holding, operating and asset entities), an offtake or lease term-sheet template, a tax-credit eligibility memo prepared with your tax counsel, a populated data room, and a fact sheet that survives diligence. | Fixed scope, 45 to 60 days |
| Transaction coordination | We run the data room and the workstreams to close: counsel, EPC, energy counterparties, tax-credit buyer, lender and tenant diligence. Fixed milestone fees for defined deliverables, never a share of capital. | Monthly, to close |
| Tokenization and rails architecture | Design of permissioned-token structures, transfer restrictions, investor onboarding flow and settlement rails for a real-asset vehicle, delivered as specifications your counsel and vendors execute. Tokens come last, after executed paper. | Fixed scope |
| Forensics and red-flag review | Wallet tracing, counterparty scoring, scam-pattern analysis and an evidence pack, delivered as a written report (the engine behind blockchainfraud.org). Or: document review, structure critique and a written memo on a deal you have been pitched, before you commit money or your name. | Flat fee per subject |
| Provenance and certification | Anchoring of data rooms, manuscripts and deliverables under our published LPS-1 standard, with proofs and certificates. | Per proof or per batch |
| Private AI and systems build | Agent pipelines, document intelligence and operator consoles on your own infrastructure, so your data and your keys stay yours. | Fixed scope or retainer |
| Fractional systems architect | Standing weekly hours, priority response and a seat at your technical decisions. | Monthly retainer |
- An independent verification and structuring desk: every claim in your materials checked against a document or the public record.
- A builder of models, data rooms and structure memos that a credit committee can read without translation.
- A technology operator: paid-API rails, agent identity, document access control, and client-approved settlement, on the client's own infrastructure.
- A coordinator: we run the workstreams between your counsel, engineers, lenders, tax-credit buyers and tenants.
- A placement agent, finder or broker. We never introduce investors for a fee tied to money raised.
- A holder of client assets. We never hold client funds, keys or metal, and we name no provider of that service on our own behalf.
- A law firm, accountant or engineer of record. We work beside yours.
- A source of capital. We make your project fundable; the market funds it.
Method
The ten questions every lender asks first
The screen scores your project on these ten questions and checks it against the public record. What "yes" looks like is a document, not a sentence.
| # | Question | What “yes” looks like |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Who is the legal owner or sponsor? | A named entity, state filing, principals, and a track record at similar size |
| 2 | Do you control the asset or site? | Executed purchase agreement, lease, option or title, on an identifier we can look up |
| 3 | Can it legally be built or operated now? | Zoning or licence allows the use; no moratorium; permits in hand or clearly obtainable |
| 4 | Is the energy or supply firm? | Executed supply and transport agreements, not letters of availability |
| 5 | Are the permits real? | Applications filed or permits issued, with case numbers |
| 6 | Who pays the rent or revenue? | An executed LOI or contract with a creditworthy counterparty |
| 7 | Who builds or operates it, for how much? | Named contractor, fixed-price proposal, equipment reserved |
| 8 | Is there a real model? | Every input on the assumptions page has a source |
| 9 | Where is the equity? | Named sponsor equity with evidence, or a committed partner in writing |
| 10 | What is the community and regulatory position? | No active opposition, or a signed agreement; regulator engagement on record |
