Document review

Submit your documents for review

Send us the documents you hold on a project or an asset: the deck, the site-control papers, the permits, the model, the term sheets, redactions welcome. We read them against the ten questions a lender asks first and send you back a written Readiness Review: what the documents show, what is missing, the red flags, what UnyKorn would do next and at what flat fee. The screen carries no fee.

1What happens next: the record

Each file is hashed on arrival (SHA-256) and kept under UnyKorn control. You see the hashes on this page the moment the upload completes; they identify exactly what we read.

2The review

We read the documents against the ten lender questions and draft a written Readiness Review: answered, partial or missing for each question, the red flags, what is still needed from you, and the next step.

3A person signs it off

A person reads every review before it is sent. You receive it by email from kevan@unykorn.org within two business days of the documents arriving.

Up to 10 files, 15 MB each, 60 MB in all: PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PNG or JPG. Files go straight to UnyKorn's document store; they are never sent as email attachments.

What this is. The Readiness Review is a readiness screen by a technology and administration service provider.
