Our commitments
What we commit to, and why you will not see the word guarantee.
Seven commitments, each enforced in the software that runs these sites rather than in a promise. They apply on every UnyKorn network site.
Flat fees, stated up front
Every service has a fixed price on its page. Nothing is a percentage of a recovery, a trade, or a client's outcome, and nobody at UnyKorn is paid a commission on you.
Honest odds, never a promise
We do not guarantee recovery, results, uptime, or returns. Where a step is not finished, the page says so with the word: real, partial, gated, or absent.
A receipt for everything
Signatures carry a document digest and a chain hash you can recompute. Payments go through Stripe with a webhook record. Verification assertions are signed with a published key.
Your data stays yours
Private fields never publish. You can export your record, unlink a wallet, correct an entry, or withdraw consent from a link you hold.
Custody stays with the custodian you name
UnyKorn never holds client funds. Where custody is described, it is provided by a qualified custodian the client selects, in the client's own name.
One legal entity, plainly identified
Every site is operated by UnyKorn LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with the same contact addresses and the same rules. No shell names, no retired entities.
Corrections, fast
Every article is dated and sourced. Send a correction to hello@nil33.com; the page changes and the change is logged.
Why not "guarantee"
You will not see the word guarantee on a UnyKorn site. In forensic work, endorsements, and asset issuance, a guarantee is either a lie or an insurance product, and we are neither an insurer nor a liar. What we can offer is the list above, each item enforced in the software, not in a promise.
How to hold us to it
Every article is dated and sourced. Every signature has a receipt you can recompute. Every verification assertion is signed with a public key at nil33.com/.well-known/nil33-verification.json. Every page labels its state. If something on a UnyKorn site does not match this list, write to hello@nil33.com; the page changes and the change is logged.

UnyKorn LLC is a technology and administration service provider. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, trustee, transfer agent, appraiser, auditor, investment adviser, money transmitter, or issuer. It issues no tokens and never holds client funds.
