What we take on, what it costs, how it starts.

UnyKorn LLC takes on a limited set of engagements directly. Below is what we do, the rate card, and the steps from a first call to work starting in your own systems.

What we take on

Tokenization architecture

RWA, REIT, CMBS, and permissioned-security token design (ERC-3643, XRPL MPT, Stellar). Structure, compliance perimeter, transfer restrictions, cap-table logic. Typically a fixed-scope engagement letter, two to six weeks.

Blockchain forensics

Wallet tracing, counterparty scoring, scam-pattern analysis, evidence packs. The same engine behind blockchainfraud.org. Billed hourly or as a flat report.

Deal diligence

SPV design review, waterfall modeling, document review, red-flag audit on a pitched deal. Billed hourly or as a flat diligence package.

AI systems build

Agent pipelines, MCP servers, document intelligence, private AI stacks that run on your own infrastructure. Fixed-scope engagement letter or monthly retainer.

Fractional technical leadership

Standing weekly hours and priority response for a founder or small firm without technical leadership in house. Monthly retainer.

Federal and grant readiness

SAM.gov registration, UEI/CAGE codes, entity records, filing hygiene. Billed as a flat package.

Rates

LinePriceNotes

Rates are indicative and confirmed in the engagement letter. Third-party costs (chain fees, filing fees, travel) are billed at cost with receipts.

How an engagement starts

  1. Discovery call. Thirty minutes, no cost, one per prospect.
  2. Scope. We put what you need into writing: deliverables, timeline, what is out of scope.
  3. Engagement letter or statement of work. Hourly, prepaid block, or monthly retainer — whichever fits.
  4. Invoice or prepaid block. Hourly work is invoiced weekly. Blocks and the retainer are paid up front.
  5. Work happens in your own systems. Your repositories, your accounts, your custody arrangement. We do not take control of anything that is yours to keep.

Tell us what you need

This goes to the same request desk used across the UnyKorn network. Submitting sends a request, not a confirmed booking — you will hear back by email with a time for the discovery call.

Pay

Prepaid blocks and the monthly retainer are paid through the storefront: store.unykorn.ai. The forensic report is paid and delivered through blockchainfraud.org/report.
