Testnet path (do this first)

  1. Solana devnet mint with mint authority behind a policy key — not a hot Phantom.
  2. EVM testnet token with mint, burn, getCCIPAdmin().
  3. Deploy BurnMintTokenPool both sides (router + RMN from the CCIP directory).
  4. Grant pool mint/burn. Register admin. Accept. setPool.
  5. SVM: ALT + Router set_pool. If mint authority is BitGo, use assisted admin propose.
  6. applyChainUpdates both directions. Capacity + refill = the BitGo daily cap.
  7. One transfer on test.transporter.io. Save the message id.
  8. Mainnet: one lane only. Delist plan is setPool(address(0)).

KIT READY · UNSIGNED. Official Sepolia + Solana Devnet hosts are pinned in the CCT kit. Token stub compiles locally. No pool, no mint, no Transporter id until a key signs.
