Strategic Technology Partnership

Institutional-grade rails for gold-backed digital assets

Dignity Gold is building a gold-backed digital asset program to institutional standard. Unykorn is the technology and infrastructure partner enforcing compliance, identity, and settlement underneath it — a gate before value moves, not a report filed after.

Division of responsibility

The asset and the infrastructure, kept separate on purpose

Dignity Gold owns the metal, the brand, and the counterparty relationships. Unykorn owns the technology that makes those relationships programmable, auditable, and compliant by construction — not two functions blended into one vendor.

Dignity Gold

The asset, the sourcing, the counterparty relationships

Issuer of record
  • Physical gold sourcing and vaulting — the underlying bullion program, storage, and insurance relationships that back every unit issued.
  • Program design and disclosure — reserve policy, redemption terms, and the investor-facing standards the digital asset program is held to.
  • Institutional and investor relationships — the counterparties, allocators, and distribution partners the program is built for.
  • Brand and market presence — Dignity Gold is the name on the asset; Unykorn does not sit between Dignity Gold and its market.
Unykorn

The compliance and settlement layer underneath it

Technology & infrastructure partner
  • Identity & transfer-restriction enforcement — KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, and eligibility checks run at the smart-contract level, before a transfer executes.
  • Platform architecture — the issuance, cap-table, and investor-registry infrastructure the token program runs on.
  • Custody-agnostic settlement rails — non-custodial orchestration; Unykorn never holds Dignity Gold's assets or its clients' funds.
  • Audit-grade recordkeeping — every compliance decision and transfer produces a signed, reviewable record for regulators and counterparties.

The asset sets the bar. The infrastructure has to meet it.
Kevan Burns, Founder and CEO of Unykorn
Gold has always been the asset institutions trust — the problem has been making it move at digital speed without breaking that trust. Dignity Gold is building a serious program, and our job is to make sure the technology underneath it meets the same bar the asset itself does.

How the gate works

Compliance checked before value moves — not after

The same architecture Unykorn runs for permissioned securities settlement applies directly to gold-backed tokens: eligibility is enforced at the point of transfer, not reconciled after the fact.

Ineligible transfer — never executes Holder A Initiates transfer UNYKORN Compliance gate KYC · Sanctions · Rules Holder B Settled · signed record
01

Identity & eligibility clearance

Every holder is KYC/KYB-verified and sanctions-screened before an account can receive Dignity Gold tokens — gating the account, not just the transfer.

02

Transfer-restriction enforcement

Each transfer is checked on-chain against jurisdictional, accreditation, and program-specific rules before it settles. Ineligible transfers simply do not execute.

03

Custody-agnostic settlement

Settlement rails route to the holder's custody arrangement of choice. Unykorn orchestrates the transaction; it never becomes the custodian of the underlying gold or the digital asset.

04

Audit-grade recordkeeping

Every compliance check and settled transfer is logged to an append-only, signed record — the evidence trail institutional counterparties and regulators expect on review.

Compliance enforced before value moves

Institutional counterparties don't just ask what backs the token — they ask what stops an ineligible transfer from happening at all. That's the layer Unykorn builds.
