Dignity Gold is building a gold-backed digital asset program to institutional standard. Unykorn is the technology and infrastructure partner enforcing compliance, identity, and settlement underneath it — a gate before value moves, not a report filed after.
Dignity Gold owns the metal, the brand, and the counterparty relationships. Unykorn owns the technology that makes those relationships programmable, auditable, and compliant by construction — not two functions blended into one vendor.
Gold has always been the asset institutions trust — the problem has been making it move at digital speed without breaking that trust. Dignity Gold is building a serious program, and our job is to make sure the technology underneath it meets the same bar the asset itself does.Kevan BurnsFounder & CEO, Unykorn
The same architecture Unykorn runs for permissioned securities settlement applies directly to gold-backed tokens: eligibility is enforced at the point of transfer, not reconciled after the fact.
Every holder is KYC/KYB-verified and sanctions-screened before an account can receive Dignity Gold tokens — gating the account, not just the transfer.
Each transfer is checked on-chain against jurisdictional, accreditation, and program-specific rules before it settles. Ineligible transfers simply do not execute.
Settlement rails route to the holder's custody arrangement of choice. Unykorn orchestrates the transaction; it never becomes the custodian of the underlying gold or the digital asset.
Every compliance check and settled transfer is logged to an append-only, signed record — the evidence trail institutional counterparties and regulators expect on review.
Different counterparties engage this partnership differently — here's the door built for each.
